Is the application fee refundable?

While the application fee is nonrefundable, we are pleased to offer the option to transfer it toward another property in our portfolio should you decide to pursue a different home.

Where are your properties located?

Our properties are located in prime neighborhoods, including Brookline, Oak Grove, Bradford Park, Sequiota, Webster Park, University Heights, Parkwest Village, and National Place.

Do you offer virtual tour for your rentals

Yes, we are pleased to offer virtual video tours of some of our properties, and we regularly upload more on our socials as new properties become available. Please contact us and we'd be happy to set up a virtual appointment for you! Be sure to follow us on our social media channels for updates.

How do I apply?

We use DoorLoop to screen potential tenants. You can click the link in the top right labeled "Apply Now" to start the application process or reach out to us by phone, text, or email and we would be happy to send you a link.

Do you allow pets in your properties?

Our pet policy allows pets in all of our current homes, but please note that pet policies may vary with future owners and between properties. We recommend checking the specific property listing or contacting us for details on the pet policy for each home.
